ServiceNow Expert (Contract)
Location: Brussels Country: Belgium Rate: Excellent rates

Contract Type: 12 months + Extensions

Location: Brussels (hybrid)

Languages: English

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow expert to work for our client that is in the public sector in Brussels.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup, administration and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform (including components such as MID Servers) and the ITSM application.
  • CMDB & Data Quality management.
  • Monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of integrations of ServiceNow with other corporate systems.
  • Managing ServiceNow releases from sub-production to production environments and version upgrades.
  • Testing of new features, functionalities, and releases.
  • Liaising with ServiceNow for monitoring the ServiceNow platform and raising incidents to ServiceNow.

Experience:

  • This position requires deep technical knowledge and experience in the ServiceNow platform and the ITSM application.
  • This position requires valuable experience of ServiceNow roles as Platform administrator.
  • CMDB & Data Quality management.
