A leading Insurance firm is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Insight Lead, you'll be at the helm of their Business Intelligence team and be reporting directly to the Head of Business Intelligence. Your role will focus on driving impactful analysis and insights across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across various internal teams to gather and refine requirements, fostering alignment with organizational objectives and taking ownership of key relationships.
- Produce financial reports and proactively identify new avenues for insight generation to support continuous improvement.
- Present findings to stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Assume leadership responsibilities for Business Intelligence (BI) projects as needed.
- Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Analyse, interpret, and visualize data using PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for effectively translating complex insurance and financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, as well as experience in crafting interactive dashboards using Power BI.
