Transformation Consultant- Healthcare (Contract - 6 months)

You will join the strategic advisory services team and will provide support on a wide range of topics, including crisis management, infrastructure, service design, operational, and digital transformation. Our client is at the forefront of Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR/EPR) implementation, guiding organizations through seamless digital transitions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advisory services to our clients in the health and social care sector.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational programs.
• Develop business cases and strategies for organizational change and improvement.
• Advise on operational improvement, workforce planning, and infrastructure design.
• Drive service design and digital healthcare planning and implementation, including EHR/EPR.

Requirements:

• 5 years or more experience in Consulting including the healthcare sector.
• Proven expertise in strategy development, business case development, and large-scale program management.
• Experience in operational improvement, workforce planning, and infrastructure planning/design.
• Strong background in service design and digital healthcare planning and implementation (EHR/EPR).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
