I have an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading manufacturing companies and their brand new Health Care business as Channel Specialist specialising in the dental sector and covering the EMEA region

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and successful Channel Specialist with a strong background in the dental sector and is looking for a role with opportunities to travel internationally.

The role is based in Ireland with a combination of local and international travel required.

As a Channel Specialist you will have the opportunity to work with one of the most innovative and diverse companies around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving sales growth under responsibility according to the EM strategic plan. Leading the E2E Account set-up process and maintaining Customer Engagement with top accounts, distributor contract negotiations, set-up, maintenance, compliance, supervision and communication.
  • Elevating and defining local pricing needs and deviations. Establishing, initiating, and maintaining solid relationships with internal customers (Division and Area) by understanding, anticipating, and identifying their needs to support the best growth outcome and improving competitiveness
  • Maintaining and improving remote communication with distributors and end-users (daily sales calls to current and new customer to identify new business opportunities to be handled through GCS).
  • Identifying and following up on opportunities with Customers, Divisions & the area utilizing Salesforce, to maintain a healthy Opportunity Pipeline and pursuing to consolidate the respective sales.
  • Creating the Channel Plan including the POS sales analysis and driving for growth.
  • Executing and localizing channel marketing programs including their launch and recommending alternative channel solutions, as needed.
  • Handling non-routine and difficult inquiries. Adapting differing techniques and methods to develop channel solutions for a variety of opportunities.
  • Providing input for ETF projections.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Profound experience in Dental Solutions Business
  • Experience working in newly defined export countries with distribution or end- users locally
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to leadership level audience
  • Prioritization of many initiatives with tight timelines
  • Excel in effectively communicating across multiple levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • At least Three (3) years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional channel sales role or similar position
  • Current, valid Driver's License.
