What You'll Do

  • Support agency compliance by following state and federal regulations, including policies related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
  • Answer and route calls from clinicians, patients, and caregivers while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Retrieve and manage clinical documentation to support scheduling and patient care.
  • Ensure all protected health information is properly handled and redacted in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Assist the scheduling team by coordinating communication between clinicians and patients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide administrative support to multiple departments.
  • Foster professional communication that helps ensure outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Home Health experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance (or the ability to use public transportation).
